Of course, the first one has Khumar in masculine and the later has khumari which is feminine. The point to be noted is that the words have nothing to do with the gender of the person they are used for.

Khumaar - Noun, Khumaari - Adjective... Nothing to do with masculinity or feminity.
Khumaar can be used in context to an overwhelming love or spiritual feeling as well - drunk in love ,spiritual hangover
