Ramaiya Vasta Vaiya Meaning

Ramaiya Vasta Vaiya is Telugu and simply means 'Ramaiya will you come?'. The words were used for a song in Shree 420 by Shailendra and Shankar Jaikishan for Raj Kapoor.

Ramaiya Vasta Vaiya is an upcoming Hindi film by Prabhdeva who himself is a Telugu.

  15. It is surprising that people who are using the web can't just googlewhere Prabhu Deva is from. He, as per wikipedia, was born in Mysore to Kannada Lingayat family. Mysore (ಮೈಸೂರು) is the third-largest city in the state of Karnataka (this information is from wikipedia too).

    Ram means LORD SRIRAM
    Aiya means FATHER(in telugu)
    SO, RAMAYYA MEANS RAM'S FATHER n he is DASHRATH according to hindhuism's holy book gita..
    Now don't Ask me who is gita :-)
