Music: OP Nayyar, Remixed by Mikey McCleary
Lyrics: Majrooh Sultanpuri
Singer: Suman Sridhar
Label: Zee Music Company
The original song, composed by OP Nayyar and sung by Geeta Dutt for the film CID, could not be included in the film because of censor board's objection, probably due to the picturization of the song. However, the intended meaning of the word fifi/fiffy is not too clear.
jaata kahaan hai deewane
sab kuch yahaan hai sanam
baaki ke saare fasaane
jhooThe hain teri kasam
Where do you go, O crazy one,
everything is here O dear..
all other stories,
are false, I swear on you..
fifi, kuch tere dil mein fiffy
kuch mere dil mein fiffy
zamaana hai bura…
there is something fiffy in your heart,
there is something fiffy in mine..
oh, this world is all bad..
saiyyaad hai tu magar
mujhko na yoon tan ke dekh
naadaan zara ek baar
qaidi mera ban ke dekh
maano maano meri baat
hai ye pehli mulaqaat
maano maano meri baat
dekho pehlu se uth ke hai jaana bura
you are a hunter, but
don’t look at me all straightened up like that..
O naive one, just try becoming
my prisoner for once..
listen to what I say,
this is the first meeting,
listen and do as I say..
It is bad to get up and go from so close to me..
jata kahaan hai deewane
sab kuch yahaan hai sanam
baaki ke saare fasaane
jhooThe hain teri kasam
fifi, kuch tere dil mein fifi
kuch mere dil mein fifi
zamaana hai bura..

Fifi is the name of the character that Anushka plays. Fifi is a singer at the Bombay Velvet Cafe/cabaret, IIRC.
The original song from C.I.D (1956) had the word "fifty" or "phir bhi" in its place, I believe.
