Manmarzi is a Hindi word made up of man, meaning heart, and marzi, meaning wish or will. So manmarzi means one's heart's will, that actually means one's wish/will only. The usage of the word is mostly slightly negative when someone wants to do only what they will.
Manmarziyaan / Manmarziyan is nothing but the plural for the same, though it means more or less the same as one's will isn't often needed to be expressed as a plural. The word 'manmarziyaan' became famous from the Lootera song with the same title.
